Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, (standard tools and accesories) you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Returns are not allowed after 90 days from date of purchase.
Special/custom tools are not subjest to return or cancellation.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
You may return your purchase by mail. Please mail the original invoice with your RA number boldly written across it and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the original invoice.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. If you wish to exchange your purchase and cannot visit us, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product. |
